          1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
          2 tbsp Olive oil
          4 cloves Garlic, minced
          1 Jalepeno, diced
          1 tsp Cumin
          4 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions

        1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
                            2. In a separate pan, heat olive oil on medium heat.
                            3. Add the minced garlic and jalapeno and sauté until aromatic.
                            4. Reduce the flame, add cumin, and stir for another minute.
                            5. Once rice is done, stir in the sautéed garlic, jalapeno, and cumin.
                            6. Add lemon juice, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper and mix until combined.
                            7. Serve the cilantro lime rice hot as a flavorful side dish or vegan main course.
