1 Chicken Breast
1/2 cup White wine
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Garlic, minced
Salt
Pepper
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/2 cup Chicken broth (can assume water + standard ingredients to make broth)
Instructions

1. Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and oregano.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the chicken. Cook until golden on each side.
3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
4. Pour in white wine and chicken broth, and simmer for 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has reduced.
5. Serve the chicken with the reduced sauce spooned over the top.
