Ingredients
2 cups pasta
1 head broccoli
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
2. Cut broccoli into florets and steam until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
4. Add red pepper flakes, steamed broccoli, and toss for 2 minutes.
5. Mix in the cooked pasta and shredded cheese until the cheese is melted and coats the pasta.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
