4 pieces chicken (any cut)
1 Squash, sliced
2 cups Rice
3 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt
Pepper

1. In a small bowl, combine mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the honey mustard sauce.
2. In a pan over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and pan-fry the chicken until browned on both sides.
3. Reduce the heat and cover the chicken with the honey mustard sauce, cooking for an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
4. While chicken is cooking, boil the squash until tender, about 15 minutes.
5. Cook rice according to package instructions.
6. Serve the chicken alongside the cooked squash and rice.
