8 ounces pasta
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons hot water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt to taste

Instructions

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente.
2. In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sugar, red pepper flakes, and hot water until smooth.
3. Drain the pasta and return to pot.
4. Pour the peanut butter sauce over the pasta and toss to coat evenly.
5. Heat through over low heat for a couple of minutes.
6. Serve warm, drizzled with a little vegetable oil and additional red pepper flakes if desired.
