Ingredients
1 lb chicken
1 ripe mango
2 cups rice
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder

1. Prepare rice according to package instructions.
2. Cut the chicken into strips and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
4. Add the chicken and stir-fry until no longer pink.
5. Dice the mango and add to the pan along with soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
