450g Hamburger meat
2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup scallions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
200g cream cheese, softened
2 cups pasta, uncooked
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
3. While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic and hamburger meat until meat is browned. Drain excess fat.
4. Stir tomato sauce into the skillet with the beef and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
5. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, half of the grated parmesan, and chopped scallions.
6. In a greased baking dish, layer half the cooked pasta, then spread the cream cheese mixture on top, followed by the beef and tomato sauce mixture. Repeat the layers.
7. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top and bake for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is golden and bubbly.
