Ingredients
4 chicken thighs
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp turmeric
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp butter
1 cup milk
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 clove garlic
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and turmeric.
Coat the chicken thighs with bread crumbs.
Place the chicken in a buttered baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or until fully cooked.
To make the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add garlic and saute until fragrant.
Add in flour and whisk continuously until it forms a paste.
Gradually pour in the milk, stirring continuously.
Add in sour cream, lemon juice, and remaining seasonings. Cook until sauce thickens, about 5-10 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the baked chicken thighs and serve.
