Ingredients
1 lb hamburger
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup diced carrots
1 can of diced tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
2 cups pasta
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon oregano

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the hamburger and cook until browned.
3. Add the carrots, garlic, and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well.
6. Serve the bolognese sauce over the pasta.
