500g pork belly, sliced
2 cups rice

1 teaspoon garam masala
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon red pepper

1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
3. Add the pork belly and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
4. Add the minced garlic, garam masala, soy sauce, and red pepper to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve the pork belly over the cooked rice.
