Ingredients
1 lb beef chuck roast, sliced thin
4 cups pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 yellow onion, sliced
1 carrot, julienned
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the onions until translucent.
3. Add the beef slices to the skillet and cook until browned.
4. Mix in the julienned carrots and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, red wine vinegar, mustard, and garlic powder. Pour this mixture over the beef and carrots in the skillet.
6. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss everything to combine.
7. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, adding a cup of water if the mixture seems dry. Serve warm.
