1 teaspoon lemon juice

1. Season the thinly sliced pork chops with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the pork slices for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with lemon juice.
