Ingredients
1 pork chop, thinly sliced into strips
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
4 slices of bread
1 small tomato, sliced
1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
1/4 cup spinach, shredded
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions

1. Season the thinly sliced pork strip with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the pork strip for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
3. Toast the bread slices.
4. Spread mayonnaise on two slices of bread and mustard on the other two slices.
5. Place shredded lettuce and spinach on the slices with mayonnaise.
6. Add the cooked pork strips on top of the greens.
7. Cover with the tomato slices and top with the mustard bread slices.
8. Press down slightly, cut in half if desired, and serve.
