4 Cod fillets
2 Lemons, zest and juice
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 tablespoons Dill, chopped
4 tablespoons Bread crumbs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.
Drizzle olive oil over the cod.
In a small bowl, mix lemon zest, half of the lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mixture over the cod fillets evenly.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of each fillet.
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with a drizzle of the remaining lemon juice.
