1 pound Shrimp, peeled
1 Lemon, zest and juice
3 tablespoons Olive oil
4 cloves Garlic, minced
8 ounces Pasta
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes (optional)

Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta according to package instructions.
While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic to the oil and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the shrimp, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes if using, and lemon zest to the pan.
Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
Drain the pasta and toss it in the pan with shrimp.
Stir in the lemon juice and adjust seasoning as needed.
Serve hot sprinkled with additional lemon zest if desired.
