1 Pork loin
4 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 teaspoons Oregano, dried
4 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Rub the mixture all over the pork loin.
Place the pork loin in a roasting pan.
Roast in the preheated oven for around 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork loin rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with juices drizzled over the top.
