1 Chicken Breast
1/2 cup White wine
1/2 cup Chicken broth (made with water and seasoning)
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Butter
Salt

1 tbsp Flour
2 cloves Garlic

1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken until golden on both sides, then remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add butter and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
4. Sprinkle flour and stir to create a roux.
5. Gradually pour in the white wine and chicken broth, stirring constantly to create a smooth sauce.
6. Return the chicken to the pan, cover, and simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
7. Add lemon juice and adjust seasoning to taste.
8. Serve the chicken with the prepared sauce.
