2 cups salad greens
1 cup grapes, halved
300g pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let it cool.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
3. Add the salad greens, grapes, and cooled pasta to the bowl with the dressing.
4. Toss everything until well combined and coated with the dressing.
5. Refrigerate salad for at least 15 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
