Cabbage and Bacon Pasta

Ingredients
1/2 head of Cabbage, chopped
4 strips of Bacon, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
200g of pasta
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated parmesan cheese (optional)

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pan, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add the chopped cabbage to the pan and sauté for 5-7 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
5. Stir in the cooked pasta, crispy bacon, and lemon juice. Mix until combined.
6. Season with salt, pepper, and optional grated parmesan cheese.
7. Serve warm.
