12 Carrots, peeled
6 slices Bacon, cut in half
1 tbsp Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp Honey or sugar (optional)

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Wrap each carrot with a half slice of bacon.
3. Place the wrapped carrots on a baking sheet.
4. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
5. Optionally, add a drizzle of honey or a sprinkling of sugar on top of the carrots for a sweet glaze.
6. Roast in the oven until the carrots are tender and the bacon is crispy, about 25 minutes.
