4 Potatoes, thinly sliced
1 Onion, thinly sliced
4 tbsp Butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 cup Vegetable oil for baking

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Grease a baking dish with some vegetable oil.
3. Layer half of the potato slices and onion slices in the dish.
4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
5. Drizzle half of the melted butter over the layers.
6. Add the remaining potatoes and onions, repeat seasoning, and pour the remaining butter on top.
7. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
8. Remove the foil, increase the heat to 425°F (220°C) and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until top is golden and crispy.
