2 cups rice

2 eggs
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
3. Beat the eggs and pour into the pan, scrambling until just set.
4. Add the cooked rice, stirring to combine with the eggs.
5. Mix in soy sauce, hot sauce, and ketchup.
6. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper, stirring well.
