8 ounces pasta
4 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons hummus
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions

1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt.
2. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
3. In a separate small bowl, mix the hummus with lemon juice and olive oil to create a sauce.
4. Drain the pasta and return to the pot.
5. Over low heat, add the minced garlic to the pasta and toss for 1 minute until fragrant.
6. Remove from heat and mix in the hummus sauce.
7. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
