2 avocados
300g pasta
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp olive oil

1. Cook pasta according to the package instructions.
2. While the pasta is cooking, peel and pit the avocados and place them in a bowl.
3. Add finely chopped garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl with avocado.
4. Mash the ingredients together until they form a creamy sauce.
5. Drain the pasta and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
6. Mix the avocado sauce with the pasta and add pasta water if necessary to reach the desired consistency.
7. Serve immediately.
