2 cups rice
1 head broccoli, chopped into small florets
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 tablespoon butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook rice according to package instructions; set aside.
3. Steam broccoli until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes; set aside.
4. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, steamed broccoli, sautéed garlic, salt, and pepper.
6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
