Ingredients
1 winter squash, halved (reusing the other half from the first recipe)
1 cup marinara sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
salt
pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Drizzle the inside of the spaghetti squash with vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Place squash halves cut-side down on a baking sheet and roast until tender, around 30-40 minutes.
4. Remove the squash from the oven and let cool slightly. Using a fork, scrape out the flesh, creating 'spaghetti' strands.
5. Warm marinara sauce in a pan, adding oregano and garlic powder for added flavor.
6. Toss spaghetti squash strands with warm marinara sauce.
7. Serve hot as a lighter alternative to pasta.
