4 chicken drumsticks
2 cups potato chips, crushed
1 egg
1 tbsp water
1 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp red pepper
Salt to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Rinse the chicken drumsticks and pat dry.
3. In a shallow dish, whisk together the egg, water, hot sauce, garlic powder, red pepper, and salt.
4. Dip each drumstick into the egg mixture and then coat with crushed potato chips, pressing the chips onto the chicken to stick.
5. Place the coated drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is crunchy. No need to turn the drumsticks while cooking.
7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
