2 chicken breasts
8 slices bacon
1 lemon
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Slice each chicken breast in half lengthwise to create 4 thin cutlets.
3. Season the chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Wrap each chicken cutlet with 2 slices of bacon.
5. Place the wrapped chicken on a baking sheet.
6. Bake for 25 minutes or until the bacon is crisp and the chicken is cooked through.
7. While the chicken is baking, melt butter in a small pan and mix in the juice of 1 lemon.
8. When the chicken is done, drizzle the lemon butter over the chicken before serving.
