2 chicken breasts
1 head lettuce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 7 minutes each side.
3. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly.
4. Wash and chop the lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together the juice of the lemon, remaining olive oil, mustard, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper to create the dressing.
6. Pour the dressing over the lettuce and toss to combine.
7. Place the salad on plates and top with sliced chicken.
