2 chicken breasts
4 slices bacon
1 head lettuce
1 lemon

1 clove garlic
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove and let it rest before slicing.
4. Place bacon slices on the grill, cook until crisp, then chop into bits.
5. Wash and chop the lettuce, then place it in a large salad bowl.
6. For the dressing, combine olive oil, the juice of one lemon, minced garlic, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
7. Toss the lettuce with the dressing, then add croutons and bacon bits.
8. Top the salad with the sliced grilled chicken before serving.
