Ingredients
8 ounces pasta
4 tablespoons butter
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 cup flour

1. Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
2. In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and oregano, and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
4. Stir in flour, cook for 2 minutes to form a roux.
5. Gradually whisk in milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Add cooked pasta back into the pot and toss to coat with the creamy sauce.
8. Serve immediately.
