Ingredients
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons mustard
1/2 cup chestnuts, roasted and sliced
1 cup grapes, halved
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon oregano
4 anchovies, finely chopped

1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
2. In a small bowl, dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water and let it stand until frothy, about 10 minutes.
3. In a large bowl, mix flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
4. Stir together to form a dough, then knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
5. Roll the dough out to your desired thickness and transfer to a baking sheet.
6. Spread mustard over the top of the pizza dough as the base sauce.
7. Sprinkle with chopped anchovies, chestnut slices, and grape halves.
8. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
9. Bake in preheated oven until the crust is golden brown and toppings are heated through, about 10 to 12 minutes.
10. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve immediately.
